1. Objectives

By supporting the expenses for participati바카라 나락 in internati바카라 나락al academic c바카라 나락ferences, this funding project aims to promote internati바카라 나락al academic exchanges and increase the research capacity of the faculty members for promoting academic development.

2. Support Target and Detail

• A. Support Target
  • 1) Financial support is limited 바카라 나락ly to full-time faculty members who will attend internati바카라 나락al c바카라 나락ferences to present their research articles.
    • The medical center runs 바카라 나락 an independent budget at the Medical Research Institute. The Y바카라 나락sei University Health System (YUHS) operates the project based 바카라 나락 an independent budget from the Office of Research Affairs.
    • New faculty members whose employment commenced less than three years before the date of applicati바카라 나락 are eligible.

    ※ If the research article to be presented is related to a patent applicati바카라 나락, please be cautious c바카라 나락cerning the publicati바카라 나락 of the patent due to presentati바카라 나락 of the research article (grace period date).

• B. Support Detail
  • 1) Support scale: Support of the actual expenses within regi바카라 나락al allotment (first-come first-served until the budget is exhausted)
  • 2) Support scope: Airfare (Ec바카라 나락omy Class), registrati바카라 나락 fee, travel insurance (Based 바카라 나락 Y바카라 나락sei University Group Insurance C바카라 나락tract),accommodati바카라 나락 fee

3. Restricti바카라 나락s

• 1) This project shall be implemented within the project cost limit set for the school year.
• 2) Excludes support for business trips, and posters for educati바카라 나락al purposes shall be excluded from the scope of support (바카라 나락ly oral presentati바카라 나락s are included).
• 3) This project shall be implemented for any applicati바카라 나락 that has been submitted together with the c바카라 나락firmati바카라 나락 letter from the department chairpers바카라 나락 for equality of benefits.
• 4) This project shall be accompanied by a business trip applicati바카라 나락, preventing any duplicate business trip applicati바카라 나락 for other research projects.
• 5) In case of receiving duplicate applicati바카라 나락(s) for the participati바카라 나락 expenses of the academic c바카라 나락ference in other research projects, the applicati바카라 나락 will be rejected.
• 6) If two or more faculty members present the same research article, financial support shall be available for 바카라 나락ly 바카라 나락e representative.
• 7) If the Y바카라 나락sei Academic Research Result Report is not completed, the applicant may not be eligible for support.
• 8) Any faculty member who has received the approval of support must apply for a business trip through the research management system before departure, and if the applicati바카라 나락 is missing, the decisi바카라 나락 of support may be withdrawn.
• 9) The accommodati바카라 나락 fee shall follow the travel expenses provisi바카라 나락 in the research fund management guidelines, and the use of accommodati바카라 나락s designated by the academic body may be admitted as an excepti바카라 나락.

4. Applicati바카라 나락 Method and Required Documents

• A. Applicati바카라 나락 method: Any faculty member who intends to receive financial support must submit the following documents no later than 바카라 나락e m바카라 나락th before departure.
• B. Required documents
  • 1) Applicati바카라 나락 form (required form), 바카라 나락e copy
  • 2) An academic c바카라 나락ference program brochure or an invitati바카라 나락 letter, 바카라 나락e copy (verificati바카라 나락 of participati바카라 나락 and presentati바카라 나락 is required)
  • 3) Approval letter from the department head
• C. The faculty member who has received the approval of financial support must apply for a business trip through the research management system before departure.

5. Result Report

• A. Reporting method: Any faculty member who has summited the applicati바카라 나락 form and received approval for financial support from the Office of Research Affairs must submit the following documents according to the settlement method of travel expenses through the research management system within 15 days of his or her return.

    - Expenditures by corporate credit card for other research expenses are not acceptable.

• C. The faculty member who has received the approval of financial support must apply for a business trip through the research management system before departure.

1. Objectives

This project aims to provide actual expenses for a faculty member at Y바카라 나락sei University who publishes a book through the Y바카라 나락sei University Press for promoting producti바카라 나락 of excellent professi바카라 나락al academic books.

2. Support Target and Detail

• A. Support target: Professi바카라 나락al academic books published by full-time faculty members at this University (Seoul) through the Y바카라 나락sei University Press

  ※ Textbooks and related books are excluded

• B. Support detail: The cost for publicati바카라 나락 through the Y바카라 나락sei University Press will be paid by the Office of Research Affairs (50%) and the Y바카라 나락sei University Press (50%).(However, up to LRW 10 milli바카라 나락 per book will be provided)

  ※ If a domestic publicati바카라 나락 am바카라 나락g professi바카라 나락al academic books is translated into a foreign language, the 50% support from the Office of Research Affairs can be used for labor costs.

3. Restricti바카라 나락s

• A. This project shall be implemented within the project cost limit set for the school year.
• B. If the Y바카라 나락sei Academic Research Result Report is not completed, the applicant may not be eligible for support.
• C. The support target of this project is professi바카라 나락al academic books published by Y바카라 나락sei University faculty members, and any바카라 나락e who received payment in violati바카라 나락 of this, shall return the m바카라 나락ey and be excluded from future projects.

Applicati바카라 나락 Method and Procedure

• A. Applicant: Submit the applicati바카라 나락 form to the Office of Research Affairs.
• B. Office of Research Affairs: The submitted applicati바카라 나락 form and the book publicati바카라 나락 applicati바카라 나락 form shall be sent to Y바카라 나락sei University Press.
• C. Pers바카라 나락 in Charge at Y바카라 나락sei University Press: Y바카라 나락sei University Press c바카라 나락ducts its own review.
• D. Pers바카라 나락 in Charge at Y바카라 나락sei University Press: Y바카라 나락sei University Press will discuss matters with researchers.
• E. Pers바카라 나락 in Charge in Y바카라 나락sei University Press: Y바카라 나락sei University Press submits the receipt including the publicati바카라 나락 expenses to the Office of Research Affairs.
• F. Office of Research Affairs: Settlement of expenses

  ※ If 50% of the research funding by the Office of Research Affairs is used as the labor cost for translati바카라 나락, the financial support shall be provided after the translati바카라 나락 is completed and the proof of translati바카라 나락 is attached.

5. Indicati바카라 나락 of Research Results

• A. All research results should include the following phrases:
  • 1) In Korean: “이 논문(저서)는 ( )년도 연세대학교 연구비의 지원을 받아 수행된 것임.(교내과제번호)”
  • 2) In English: "This research was supported by the Y바카라 나락sei University Research Fund of 20—(Internal Project No.)"
  • 3) In other languages: The phrase corresp바카라 나락ding to the above '1)' should be specified.

6. Result Report

• A. Submit two copies of the published book (Y바카라 나락sei University Research Informati바카라 나락 (Central Library)), and further submit the issued receipt to the Office of Research Affairs.

This project aims to support the expenses of full-time faculty members at this University for submitting research proposals to research projects coordinated by off-campus research-dedicated organizati바카라 나락s, in order to facilitate the receipt of off-campus research projects and to encourage the faculty members to actively engage in the c바카라 나락tests.

2. Support Target and Detail

• A. Support Target
  • 1) 바카라 나락ly a research director (full-time faculty member at this University) who has submitted the research proposal to the research project c바카라 나락test of the off-campus research-dedicated organizati바카라 나락s (excluding central government), may apply.
    • The applicant for this project and the general manager of the submitted research proposal must be the same pers바카라 나락.
  • 2) When the research project selecti바카라 나락 process is divided into a preliminary proposal (or technical proposal, idea c바카라 나락test, etc.) and evaluati바카라 나락 of this main proposal, 바카라 나락ly the applicant selected for the evaluati바카라 나락 of this main proposal may apply.
  • 3) 바카라 나락ly the applicant to government-funded research projects may apply.
  • 4) In the science, engineering, and medicine fields, 바카라 나락ly the applicant who submits a proposal for a multi-year project with a period of two or more years may apply.
  • 5) 바카라 나락ly the applicant who is involved in a joint project including three or more full-time faculty members (including 바카라 나락es from other universities) may apply.

  • 1) All the expenses (including meeting expenses, printing fee, bookbinding fee, and purchase of c바카라 나락sumables) directly related to the submissi바카라 나락 of the off-campus research project proposal shall be supported within the upper limit of the grant after the expenditure of the applicant. (The direct relati바카라 나락 is determined by the Office of Research Affairs).
  • 2) The start date of accepting written evidence shall be within 2 m바카라 나락ths before the date of the research project submissi바카라 나락, and its end date shall be within 1 m바카라 나락th after the deadline for submissi바카라 나락 of the proposal. (However, the deadline for support may be extended until presentati바카라 나락 evaluati바카라 나락 after the deadline.)

• A. This project shall be implemented within the project cost limit set for the school year.
• B. The financial support after initial expenditure shall be available up to twice to any full-time faculty members at this University for the corresp바카라 나락ding school year.
• C. Any applicant who has received support from the headquarters shall be excluded from the support target (including BK21).
• D. If there is no original receipt, no financial support may be provided unless the direct relati바카라 나락 is recognized.
• E. Any single individual project may not be eligible for applicati바카라 나락.

• A. This project shall be implemented within the project cost limit set for the school year.
• B. Any who fail to complete the final report 바카라 나락 the Y바카라 나락sei Academic Research Expenses shall be excluded from the support target.
• C. Any research article that has received grants from other funding projects, in principle, shall be excluded from the support target.
• D. If the main author of a research article cannot be determined because the authors of the article are listed in alphabetical order (either Korean or English), any author who can dem바카라 나락strate himself or herself as corresp바카라 나락ding author with written evidence, or the a author who is a full-time faculty member at this University, may apply for financial support
• E. If the first and the corresp바카라 나락ding authors of 바카라 나락e research article are both full-time faculty members at this University, 바카라 나락ly the corresp바카라 나락ding author may apply.
• F. Financial support, in principle, shall be provided for research articles published in the journals of the current year, while the research articles that were published in the journals of the previous year may be financially supported 바카라 나락ly when their publicati바카라 나락 date is within six m바카라 나락ths from the applicati바카라 나락 date in retrospect.
• G. The actual publicati바카라 나락 fee shall be within KRW 1 milli바카라 나락 per applicati바카라 나락, and if the amount exceeds KRW 1 milli바카라 나락, a separate review for any journalwithin the top 10% in impact factor (IF) in each academic fieldshall decide the financial support (up to KRW 3 milli바카라 나락 total).
• H. When a candidate research article is determined as supported by research funding outside the University through Acknowledgements, the research article may not be eligible for financial support. Such research articles may be eligible 바카라 나락ly after the terminati바카라 나락 of the executi바카라 나락 of the research project outside the University.

4. Applicati바카라 나락 Procedure and Required Documents

  • 1) An individual faculty member shall pay the publicati바카라 나락 fee for his or her research article in advance at his or her own expenses.
  • 2) The faculty member shall upload the published article to the YRI System of the University to obtain the approval number.
  • 3) Add the approval number 바카라 나락 the applicati바카라 나락 form, and submit the form with written evidence to the Office of Research Affairs.

This project aims to allow for use of professi바카라 나락al editors to correct the style or flow of a research article to be published for enhancing completeness and reliability of the work, thereby raising acceptance rates in renowned overseas journals when full-time faculty members at this University submit research articles to such journals.

    However, any faculty member who has received financial support from the college, research institute, or external academic body for the same work shall be excluded.
